Client Satisfaction Survey results 2016

Each year we ask our clients for feedback on the service we provide for them and their staff.  Each year (so far) we have been very lucky to have some fantastic responses, and great feedback.  Maybe it’s the offer of a bottle of champagne in the prize draw – but we like to think these are genuine reponses, and we are very proud.

Every aspect of this is very encouraging, especially the last question.  This shows that everyone who took part would recommend us to a friend or colleague.  With a ‘Net Promoter’ score of 88, compared to the IT industry average of 38 is brilliant.
