How to manage your Junk Email in Outlook

Easy ways to manage your Junk email

Microsoft Outlook (and Office 365) have some powerful Junk mail filtering. This is an effective way of keeping your inbox clean. But occasionally legitimate email can inadvertently end up in your Junk Email folder.

So, it is good practice to review your Junk Email folder frequently to check. If you find email that should be in your Inbox, the process is simple to move it over.

Simply right click on the relevant email, then select the ‘Junk’ and then the ‘Not Junk’ option. This will move the email to your inbox, and ensure any future messages from that sender arrive in your Inbox rather than the Junk folder.
