However, the majority of our clients prefer to have comprehensive support, as this gives them piece of mind we are there whenever they need us. It also means their infrastructure is proactively monitored 24/7, ensuring servers and PCs stay as healthy as possible. This greatly improves the performance of an organisation’s IT.

Another great benefit with  comprehensive support is enabling clients to fix costs – so no hidden surprises.

Do you offer a dedicated account manager ?

Yes.  For clients on a Comprehensive Support Package, we include regular review meetings.  The aim of which is to improve understanding of our client’s business to help us advise on future strategies.  It also helps build strong relationships between both parties.

Yes.  This is very important to us and our clients.  It allows clients to log calls 24/7 – and also to track progress of current support issues.

How much will it cost us ?

Break/Fix and PAYG support is offered on an hourly rate.  However, our monthly support packages are offered on a monthly contract and are priced based on the number of PCs and the number of servers.

What is included in your Support Package ?

Our aim is ‘prevention is better than cure’ – hence our proactive approach. We monitor our clients’ networks (servers and PCs) on a 24/7 basis. Monitoring the health and security of them… any issues are flagged to us very quickly, allowing our trained, expert engineers to investigate and resolve – often before they become noticed by the end user.
