1700 Helpdesk Portal is under Development
Whoops – you were hoping to land on the Synium Helpdesk Portal.
Unfortunately, this is not currently available. We are in the process of migrating to a new Helpdesk system here at Synium – and the new system’s portal is currently under development. We are hoping this will be available in February.
In the meantime, can I ask you use email to log your Helpdesk ticket – you can email email@example.com and a ticket will be created immediately for you.
Apologies for the inconvenience – but the new Portal promises to offer greater functionality for you – so hopefully worth the wait.
