There is now a new way to contact Synium IT Service Desk
We have been working to develop a new way you can raise a ticket with us to help with your IT issues.
The new way is easy, it helps make sure we have all the information we need to give you a prompt answer – your messages and any data you share with us will be protected because you’ll be logged in with your own account.
Let’s Get Started
1. To access your own account on our IT Service Desk, click the link below.
2. Insert your work email address and password
You will have received an email explaining how to create your account and your password. If you have not received this email just click the reset password button (you will be prompted to change your password when you first log in).
This is the Home screen once logged in:
The Home screen allows you to search the Knowledge Base – and to Create a New Support Ticket.
Or – you can click on the Tickets Tab to get to the Tickets page:
3. To log a ticket, click on the ‘New Support Ticket’ link (as in the image above)
This opens up the form to fill in – nice and easy, and very quick. If you can give as much detail as possible it would help us help you 🙂
1.It will pre-populate your Email address from your account
2.Enter a Summary of the ‘Issue’
3.Enter as much detail as you possibly can
4.You can add any attachment if necessary
5.The ‘Related Articles‘ will display any Knowledge Base articles which may be related to your issue – so perhaps you could check these out first.
Then click Submit. This logs the ticket immediately, and all our team will see it – to prioritise and assign to one of the team.
From your account, you’ll be able to see the status of your tickets and replies; the Engineer who is looking after your issue and a record of any conversations with them.
So, altogether, it’s a smoother, more transparent and (hopefully) more convenient process, designed to make life easier for you and your team.
If you have any questions or need any help, please dont hesitate to get in touch (email@example.com)
