If you’ve got a query or problem, we won’t keep you waiting. 98% of respondents agreed our response times met or exceeded expectations.

2 Understanding

An effective solution or resolution starts with understanding your query or problem. 98% of respondents agreed we understood these “very well”.

3 Experience

We regard our friendly, professional and proactive approach to be as vital as technical expertise. 98% of respondents said their Synium helpdesk experience was positive. Synium’s commitment to service excellence will ensure our continued investment in people, training and technology throughout coming years.
