Customer Satisfaction Survey Results 2019

We run this survey every year, to check we are still providing the quality support services we strive to deliver.  Whilst there may be some who respond simply for the chance to win the bottle of champagne, we are still delighted with the overwhelming response.

2019 has been another eventful year for us at Synium; we have welcomed two fantastic additions to the team (Julie Morgan and Alex Khabazian) – who have both fitted into the Synium ethos with extreme ease – and it is good to see them getting some lovely comments on the survey.

As always, we very grateful for those who have taken the time to respond – and are again really pleased with the overall positivity – as well as the lovely comments people have left us.
